When you rent the full Flophouze property, you’re not just reserving a room for a ceremony or a reception. You’re creating a shared experience across the entire site — one that unfolds over a weekend and allows your guests to move easily between celebration, connection, and rest.

 A WEEKEND, NOT A TIMELINE

Your event begins when your first guests arrive and doesn’t end when the music stops.

The Ballroom serves as the heart of the celebration — a space for ceremonies, dinners, and dancing. Just outside, open lawns and outdoor gathering areas offer room to breathe, mingle, and transition naturally from one moment to the next.

Surrounding it all are the accommodations: The Barn, the Farmhouze, and Houzes 1 through 6. Together, they allow your closest friends and family to stay right on property — eliminating shuttles, strict schedules, and the feeling that everything must happen at once.

Spaces That Flex With You

While The Barn and Farmhouze are part of the on-site accommodations, they also serve another purpose throughout your event weekend.

These spaces are ideal for the quieter, more personal moments — an intimate cocktail gathering, a welcome drink with friends, or a place for the wedding party to get ready before the ceremony. They’re equally suited for relaxed mornings, late-night conversations, or simply having space to step away when you need it.

Nothing here is overly programmed. The property is designed to adapt to how you want to use it.

When your people are already here — waking up on-site, sharing coffee in the morning, lingering a little longer — the experience feels less like an event and more like time well spent. The celebration stretches naturally across days, without the pressure to rush or wrap things up too quickly.

Designed for Celebrations That Feel Personal

Flophouze is well suited for weddings, weekend celebrations, private gatherings, and creative retreats — especially for those who value atmosphere over formality and experience over excess.

Weekend and multi-day rentals are available, outside vendors are welcome, and layouts are intentionally flexible. The goal is not to dictate how your event should look, but to give you the space to make it your own.

Two Ways to Stay at Flophouze

Flophouze can be reserved in two distinct ways, depending on how you want your celebration to unfold.

You may choose to rent the entire property for a full event weekend — including The Ballroom, outdoor gathering spaces, and all on-site accommodations. This option is ideal for couples hosting their wedding and celebrations at Flophouze, with exclusive access to the grounds and spaces throughout the stay.

For couples hosting their wedding elsewhere, Flophouze is also available as an accommodations-only rental. In this case, the Barn, Farmhouze, and Houzes 1–6 provide a place for your wedding party and guests to stay together before and after the celebration. These spaces may also be used for informal gatherings, such as a welcome drink, getting ready, or relaxed time together — without a formal event component.
