Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be made in writing. During non-special events, cancellations made 14 days prior to your check-in date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 13-4 days prior to your stay will be charged 30% of the total stay.  Any cancellations made 3 days prior to your stay are non-refundable.  

Cancellations for reservations made during the Texas Antique Show in January, March and October must be made in writing. 30 days prior to your stay will receive a 100% refund. All cancellations between 29-15 days prior to your stay will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 15 days from your stay are non refundable.

If your reservation was booked through external websites such as Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc., all changes or cancellations must be arranged through that provider.
